Becca has always been known for her passion and energy. Specializing in non-profit marketing, Becca leads the team who partner with non-profits and cause-based for-profits who have a story to tell, typically around a community issue or cause. Before founding The Cause Collaborative, she worked as Director of Marketing & Communications for both a local corporation and a non-profit after working in local agencies as Director of Client Services. She holds a Masters from RIT in Communication and Media Technology, and a Bachelors from St. John Fisher College in Communication and Journalism. Becca is someone who purposely turns anything she can into an art project. Becca’s greatest hobby is teaching - she’s an adjunct at both St. John Fisher & Rochester Institute of Technology.

 Kieran is known for sparking concepts that speak to an audience and specializes in identity development and visual storytelling. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Kieran started his career in ad agency life as Art Director at Roberts Communications and then gained extensive experience in non-profit marketing and event development as Senior Graphic Designer at the Rochester Museum and Science Center and as a local freelancer for various agencies before joining The Cause Collaborative. As Associate Creative Director, Kieran is responsible for developing creative that helps non-profits and mission-driven organizations reach more people. His favorite side hustle is working with reclaimed barn/pallet wood as the owner of Burnt Mill Reclaimed Works + Design. Kieran keeps himself busy and all-hands-on in the creative world as Creative Co-Chair for the Rochester Advertising Federation Board. In his free time, he has two dogs he loves spending time with and is a true animal lover at heart (and loves cooking!), so its safe to say he fits in well here and is known to bring in goodies for the office. Kieran jumps at any opportunity to tell a story visually and create art that people can connect to on a deeper level. That is one reason why he loves cause marketing, he wants to make a difference in non-profits by bringing their stories to new heights.

 Raven is a Rochester native and an expert in new media design. She brings a flair to The Cause Collab team with her ability to think digitally and transform concepts into creations specifically made for the web. Raven graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in New Media Design and is where she learned to let her inner geek shine. She loves video games, anime, and superheroes and spends her free time catching up on the latest viral cat video. Before coming to The Cause Collaborative, Raven freelanced with various educational institutions and independent agencies. Fun fact about Raven: she is named after the actress Raven-Symoné.

Raven Reynolds
Digital Content Designer

Claire graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Media Management and a minor in Ethics. Claire first joined The Cause Collaborative team on a part time basis as our Marketing and Communications Assistant. From the day she started, we knew she had to stick around! We extended her internship, and then quickly offered her a full-time position as the External Communications Coordinator. Claire was a service scholar at Fisher, gained experience in media relations at both Butler Till and Headwater Food Hub, and worked in research with CDS Life Transitions. Claire is responsible for all external relations including managing partnerships, collaborations, public relations, and volunteer recruitment. Claire also maintains processes and databases and works to gather, review, analyze and lead research materials relevant to project needs. In her spare time, Claire enjoys volunteering, hiking, and eating ice cream cones.

External Communications Coordinator

Lauren has spent her career in content development, events, and project management. As Marketing Strategist, Lauren is responsible for managing content marketing strategies to meet the diverse needs of the integrated marketing plans for our clients. She also manages social media content for clients. Lauren holds a Bachelors degree in Communications/Journalism from St. John Fisher College and brings experience from her previous role as the Events and Promotions Manager at RIT and prior to that from her position as Special Projects Manager at the University of Rochester. When she's not in the office, you'll find her catching up on the latest season of Game of Thrones.

Lauren Heary
Marketing Strategist

Meg brings an expertise in event and project management. In her role, she also oversees customer and vendor relations to ensure project deadlines and expectations are met. Meg graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Hospitality and Business Management and minors in Advertising and Public Relations. Before joining The Cause Collaborative team, Meg was the PR and Marketing Manager for the New York Wine and Culinary Center. She enjoys visiting local Rochester restaurants in her off time and considers herself quite the “foodie".

Prior to joining The Cause Collaborative, Alisa worked as an independent consultant for various clients and was responsible to plan, manage, and execute projects at Element K and Global Crossings. She has prior experience as a Communications Specialist at Frontier, and as a Senior Financial Aid Advisor at University of Rochester. She graduated from Houghton College with a degree in English. Alisa's versatility in skill set allows her to bridge efforts for success while ensuring that all members are valued, heard, and feel confident about the work being done.   A firm believer that all communication, both with clients and within a team, must be clear and timely, Alisa proves that with excellent communication comes great organization, successful projects, and fewer surprises. Alisa's favorite hobbies include the outdoors (she's a novice trail runner!), spending time with her 3 kids, husband, and friends. Oh! And, can't forget that she loves a good ol' Sunday crossword puzzle.
